Thanks everyone! Our hopes were sort of shattered but I am told bankruptcy will solve our credit issue quicker than anything though; and paying off our $80K in debt from things that can not be consolidated really just isn't in our budget anytime soon...lol. So we just are going to play it out and file in February when our tax check comes. Then as long as it shows we have made an effort to fix it (we're told) the USDA will be able to help us then. One bad year of shit after shit and then a HUGE expensive move to Colorado killed it all for us as we lost a house to foreclosure (due to market 75% below what we paid 1 year before and no help yet as there is everywhere today), car repo (expenses were just too tight after moving here at that time; we had to feed the kids), and some school loans (that I never got to finish school with even due to a measly marijuana offense)...really add it up against you credit wise speaking.
So ona good and more positive note...perhaps another year or two and then no problem again! Woo Hoo! lmao.
Wish us luck with the bullshit everyone! Damn that man for us too btw! lmao.
