I present to you the long-anticipated "Variations on Bedhead--part 3 of 5". This one is a little edgy--the mussed hair evidencing the long night of the soul that it emerged from.
Cheese party tonight with: a saenkaanter (3-year aged gouda), piave (aged asiago), brie mangis (an incredibly falvorful brie), fleur de maquis (a corsican sheeps-milk wih a rosemary impregnated rind), and crotin de chavignol (a full flavored goats-mik cheese). Boo-ya! That's some good cheese, kids.
