Head... hurts... so... much.... But it was worth it.
Actually I'm pretty over it now (some ice coffees and a very cold shower with classical music at top volume set me right) but was feeling muy crappy this morning. Saw the Cherry Tarts burlesque show at the Devil's Point last night. OMG, it was so much fun. It was one of the girls b-day and her "cake" consisted of 3 other girls in a wading pool covered in whip cream and candles (somehow) sitting atop their boobies. Would that I get anything so lovely on my birthday. I hung out with my friends there, met a bunch of great people (including the charming Nixon and a bevy of members) and ended up out until 5:30 in the morning. If all my nights were that much fun, then... well I guess I'd be having an awful lot of fun.
BTW: The move back to Portland is a go. After September, Chicago has seen the last of me. Look in this space for second thoughts sometime in January after it's rained for 60 days in a row.
