tonight was dick night.
dick dale ... such a great show. if you haven't seen him, you should. i caught him about 5 years ago, and again tonight. great fun. at one point, he ambled out through the crowd while playing, out the door, and stood out in the street playing guitar for a while before making his way back in and up on-stage. pretty hilarious. played some of the old classics like "Mr Peppermint Man" and "Let's Go Trippin" as well as the standards like "miserlou" and a bunch of other classics. i wish he'd played "grudge run," that's one of my favorites, but the show was still great regardless.
then after the show as i was walking to my car, this guy in an SUV pulls up next to my car, blocking me in, and starts talking to me ... then he offers to pay me to let him suck me off. now, i know plenty of guys that would get upset by a dude trying to pick them up, but i figure i can't blame the guy for asking. BUT i should not have to tell him 5 times that i'm not interested before he leaves me alone. i was starting to get pissed by that point, especially since he had my car blocked and i couldn't just leave. and he was sitting there trying to argue with me that it's the same thing if it's a girl or guy -- "it's just a mouth sucking your dick, it feels the same!" anyways, he eventually left and i drove home.
