why do i let people talk me into drinking more when i've had enough and don't want any more? bleh. i'm not as hung over as i should be, maybe cuz i puked my guts up after i got home. throat hurts.

other than that, party was a success ... met a few more people that are supposedly big wigs in the chicago technology world, they offered to help me find work. maybe something will come of it. dj scary lady sarah remembered me from philly last year, told me to come out to the smart bar tonight to see her spin her regular stuff. last night she took it easy on the yuppie ears, heh. gave the bartender my number, she said she'd call. not holding my breath but what does it hurt?
