should i buy a body piercing shop?
actually, i wouldn't be buying the whole thing, just a piece. here's the scoop:
my friend opened this place in 1989, but he's tired of it and wants out. a guy that has worked for him for 10 years is trying to buy it from him but can't get all the money together that he needs, so he asked if i wanted to buy a piece of it with him.
so they've been open for 14 years, so obviously they're making it okay, but what i don't know is how much profit they make over expenses. i'll have to find all that stuff out.

look at the profit.... do you trust the people who run it implicitly? would you find it hard to sell your share if the time came and you had to get out quickly?.... would the other dude consider you to be a silent partner or would you want to be involved? if the shit hit the fan would you be able to run it ok? you have to think worse case scenario like if someone died would you be able to cover expenses and shit until you found another piercer.. lol thats whne I step in
