Working at the Ship is hilarious. More on that another time.
Skipped Sick of it All / Slapshot tonight ... 17.50 is just too much. I love SOIA but I've seen them enough times in the past. The only real draw for me was Slapshot, who I've wanted to see for 15 years, but I'll wait til I go back to the States and don't have to pay $30+ to see them.
Skipped the Detroit Cobras last night as well ... just didn't have the energy for a show. Oh, well ... once again, I've seen them a few times before.
Big meet-up in my 'hood tomorrow night, so I'll probably hit that up after finishing at the Ship. We're going to rework the menu at the Ship some, so I'm going to pick some things up tomorrow before work and cook up a big pot of jambalaya for Charlotte to see what she thinks about adding that to the menu. I also need to work on some vegetarian sandwich ideas to replace the veggie burger which they stopped doing.
Yesterday was Thanksgiving ... I went into a coffee shop and got a roast turkey / sage stuffing / cranberry goo sandwich. Thanksiving on a bun, I was happy.
