This week was a blur ... I can hardly believe it's already Friday

I can also hardly believe I drank til 3.30am and was able to get up at 6am for work, and made it to school after that

Now I'm having a glass of whiskey before I hop in the shower and wander up to the bar for a bite and some chatter

Tomorrow, of course, I work at 7am again

I think I'm only going to be working there another month, before dropping the gig to concentrate on getting my stuff organized for the Big Move. Got a friend coming up from Dallas to haul all my shit away and use it while I'm out of the country for 9 months ... saves me the storage cost

I haven't gotten formal acceptance into the school yet, but the admissions guy I talked to said it would be smooth sailing. I'd like to get the actual confirmation before I start telling my boss I'm quitting, my landlord I'm moving out, my school I'm not coming back, etc.

But whatever .... I will make sure this happens, by sheer force of will, if by no other means.

Right. And now, to the shower.
