last night for dinner: jerk chicken and plantains from the jamaican joint around the corner from the apartment. i do love this city.
after: measured around the apartment trying to figure out how i'm going to fit my furniture into the apt. going to be difficult.
after that: drank whiskey with dollface at L&L tavern on clark and belmont. talk of cookouts and fish fries.

update: 6.37pm, and i'm still sitting here in these incredibly warm pajamas my mom gave me a couple years ago, having not left the house as of yet today. soon, shower and clean clothes, going out with a couple friends for a drink or 2 tonight at the gingerman tavern, which kingsimon swears is a cool bar despite its location in a very trendy neighborhood. we'll see.
