Well, I went in to work tonight, and at first the chef said we weren't staying open for late night, but then the manager came back and said we were. So, I stuck around and cooked not a single damn thing -- not even for the employees. Bleh. I peeled some potatos and diced some mirepoix for the kitchen tomorrow, so it wasn't a complete waste of time I guess, but still....
