Tomorrow is the last day of my baking class, thank God. I'm so damn sick of cakes, cookies, and muffins, I could puke. If I even see a pastry cream in the next 2 months, I'll puke.
Next week starts Soups & Sauces, which will be hot.
Got everything set up to go to California for a full week (Sat-Fri) at the end of April. I need a break bad, can't wait.
