Who'da thought that it'd be weirder walking home at 1am than it is at 4am? Seriously, every freak in the neighborhood had something to say to me tonight. I guess at 4, most of them have already crashed for the night.
Well, learned my lesson -- stick to my late-night schedule and things are better.
This afternoon, a guy stopped me on the sidewalk and tried to sell me some socks. I appreciated that -- I mean, socks are pretty damn useful, after all. Joke was on him, though; I just bought some new socks a few weeks ago.
Going to Detroit next weekend to interview the Paybacks for my book (and see them play the Dally in the Alley festival). Rad.

Trans global stomach connections. The little piggies were so cute but so terrified of being eaten. It cracks me up to think about it.
Late night getting home is my normal routine now, got back at 6 wednesday night. There's never any freaks in my area though, which is good cause if I walk home it's past the cemetery.
