charred meat, bowling, and booze tonight.

of course, i completely put off cleaning my apartment all weekend, so guess what i get to do today before people start coming over?

i also have to hit the grocery store: i'm out of the all-important charcoal. hard to have a cookout without that, since my big fancy gas grill is in storage.

also need to run by the bank and kinko's.

thinking: i wonder what life will be like next birthday...

question: how has life lived up to your expectations to this point?

answer: i never expected the wild swings i've had in all directions, both good and bad... times may be tough right now, but at least it's been an interesting ride and i have some stories to tell
