The interview went well, then they had me chop some stuff up and cook them a steak, and that all went well. They said that what I cooked was definintely good enough for the restaurant to serve.
But they felt like I didn't have enough experience to handle that station when it got busy

work's overrated... although i feel you... i took a week off after the lady arrived and i was chomping at the bit to get back to work, i don't know how someone could go sans work for very long.

Those were the days! I used to take my camera into shows regularly & got quite a few decent pics.

Sunday, I have an interview and a trial shift for working the grill station at 'blue on blue,' the restaurant attached to the Avalon Hotel in Beverly Hills.

I was struck by how much it liooked liked all the tv shows I used to watch. I loved it though.
You are probably better off there than at your last stop; I wondered if that girl's fiance was inside for armed robbery.
