Such is my commitment to off-cuts of meat that I drove from Culver City to East LA just to eat what my friend said were the best lengua, beef tendon, and al pastor tacos in Los Angeles .... at 4.30am
It was probably the best lengua I'd ever had. The tendon was good. and the al pastor was average.
Worth the trip for that tongue.

Was thinking of your passion for strange bits of meat the other day. I passed a Mexican restaurant & noticed something on the board outside that looked tasty so went in to try it. I was just about to order when it noticed that it also contained 'head cheese' I know what that is.

I fly out late thursday night..... sorry aboutlastnight.. thoughtyou were held up and my friend had to drive back to SF at 6am so we turned in at 1130.... im hanging out with another friend today... I'm going to try and have dinner with scott tonight (sg member clovesbud) are you working tomorrow night? I'm entertaining a booty call all day and night but we can have dinner and hopefully the lovely dollface can come along.. otherwise I dont have anything planned for thursday... it should take me half an hour to pack my stuff.....
