Yay for me. I finally signed on the house today, there were some paper work screw ups that caused a delay over the weekend, but the geniuses at the bank straightened them out.
Boo for me. The people that were forclosed on and evicted from the house took all the light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, fence, a/c unit, garage door and a ton of other stuff. So, I've got my work cut out for me. But it's mine now, so I'm happy.
