OK, this week is starting off pretty good. Banker called today, I am officially a future home owner. We should close early next week. The house is trashed, but I'm saving a ton by investing some time and effort. Will be a decent place to call home or turn a profit if I decide to head west, don't know yet.
Also, anyone going to Burning Man this year; get in touch. Would love an SG convoy or at least make some new friends to hunt up while there.
