So my car met it's tragic end. As sad as I am to give up my Athena, I'm twice as excited to get a new car! I desperately want a Mustang, but I'm pretty sure that's not in the running. I'd settle for something else. My dad is rooting for the Civic Hybrid or the Toyota Prius, cuz he's into those environmentally aware cars. Whatever...
My needs are pretty straight-forward. I would like a four-door, safe, certified car. I would like power windows and locks, a cd player, and a sun roof. I would like a dark color. That's pretty much the extent of my needs. It doesn't have to be new, it doesn't have to be young. I would prefer a manual, but I'll take automatic.
Of couse, my parents are all about impressing the gravity of the situation upon us, their only children. God. I've never been in an accident and I've had only one speeding ticket! I'm a good driver goddammit! It's not my fault the car is wrecked. Sigh. I just want my new car so we can get all this stuff over and done with.
