I had a strange dream where I was in a Dungeons & Dragons-based LARP (that's Live Action Role Play for those of you who don't know) with a bunch of people I've never met before. (This has been happening lately; people I've never met before appear in my dreams.) There were two teams, a "good" team and an evil one, Here's the thing, though: the players on the good team were being murdered, one by one, by someone, presumably from the evil team. But we had no suspects because they all had alibis. And then something totally random happened: we were all staying in a place, living there to play out this game, and I heard running water coming from a bathroom. So I opened the door and it turns out the body of one of our players is in there. I already forgot her name as I was typing this, the only name that comes to mind is Carlie but I strongly feel that that wasn't her name. So I shut the water off and I guess it also fell to me to notify next of kin. She'd been missing from the game for two days. After my investigation of the shower room, my old boss chewed me out for tampering with a crime scene. True, I guess I did, but I wasn't thinking of that at the time. Do you know what can happen to a corpse after two days of continuous running water? I don't either, but I seemed to in the dream, and I wanted to preserve "Carly" as best I could, given the circumstances.

In real life, I still haven't found any work. I'm trying to land gigs as an extra, at least until the schools start hiring for the next school year. However, I don't know when that is, so I have to start making calls.
