Got in 7.5 miles today and realized that all of the overeating / drinking I've been doing caught up with me. Yeesh -- time to be more sensible.

I go to the same stores as you. There is NOTHING natural in the natural food store. Sadly, C-Town at times has a better natural selection than they do.
