So Monday I start a nine week running schedule. It's a "couch to 5k" plan. I've done them before, and they're good. I like the structure that it provides. I'll be running in my Izumi's; my feet just aren't ready to run distance in the VFFs just yet. I'll continue to wear them as everyday footwear and for yoga because they really are damn comfy....
