So Monday I start a nine week running schedule. It's a "couch to 5k" plan. I've done them before, and they're good. I like the structure that it provides. I'll be running in my Izumi's; my feet just aren't ready to run distance in the VFFs just yet. I'll continue to wear them as everyday footwear and for yoga because they really are damn comfy.
Other than that, everything is pretty blah around here, as usual. Got my mini zero'd in. Kinda. I need a spotter to tell me where my shots are going. But at least I got it pretty close at 100yds.
