I'm sipping a bit of earl grey while eating a piece of buttered baguette and listening to the new Franz Ferdinand. Today, I'll get a project done at work and keep another on pace. Tonight, I'll watch Episode III and make a semi-spectabular dinner. Throughout it all, I'll wait to hear back about my interview.

Life is returned to normal.

Today:

- I got yelled at by a butcher at Whole Foods after I didn't understand what he'd mumbled at me. He wouldn't stop the harangue until another butcher told him to lay off and go in the back.

I got to see some people I enjoy seeing last night. I exchange a few pleasant words with someone whom I figured I would share an emnity.

Despite how yesterday afternoon proceeded, I'm determinted not to let myself slide backward. I'm making great strides at fixing those few things I don't like about myself.

I hate it so much when I get angry. I wish it would really rain. Pouring rain goes with expensive vodka and brooding.

They ended this round of interviews with, "The next round of interviews may either be here or in Mountain View. There's a director here that owns the wireless stuff, so he'd probably want to meet you one-on-one before you go to Mountain View." That's of course if there is another round of interviews.

I feel like I've been put through a wringer.

I'm studying for an interview. God help me, I'm honestly nervous. It's like being a freshman in college all over again. Except I seem to be sorely lacking in coeds wanting threesomes.

Back to the Ramones and WML.

I only have two clocks in my apartment. One on the range, and one on the microwave that hangs over the range. My cell and computer have clocks of course, but they aren't always out there for me to see.

A long weekend of doing nothing left me so exhausted that I had to take a nap at 8:15 this evening. Why am I back up already? Apparently my spirit cannot rest while I would have a DVD overdue. God damned Nicole Kidman movies.

I tried twice today to decline a job offer, and the guy offering the job won't take the hint. I'm baffled by this.
