Well, I have two weeks left until my next court appearance. Tha's right...court appearance. For me. Someone who's never been in trouble wth the LAW, and I get into something really big and really shitty. I'll have to tell you all what happens when it is over. Lucky for me, though, a certain suicide girl was a most excellent friend and let me stay at her house for a couple of weeks....that is until the FBI picked me up, and I spent one and a half months in jail on transport back to where the charges originated. I'm not a bad person or a criminal by any means. I was just donig whatI though was the right thing, and I didn't know that the situation would blow up into such monstrous proportions as it did. First of all, the state that made this all happen, didn't actually have the jurisdiction to make a decision, because I am a resident of a enitrely dfferent state. Second of all, I was exercizing my rights as dcumented on court paperwork, which my attorney told me was completely wthin the legal realm, but the person that is trying to get me into so much trouble, and ultimately screw up my entire life, told the police that I did not hve those rights. So, of course the cops are going to believe that person, because I wasn't there to defend myself. You see, the other person's attorneys made a clerical error that states that the other person is filing for two types of "ownership" for lack of a better term, but the judge only awarded them one type, so I was just exercising my right to the said "property", also for lack of a better term. My attorney says, how could I have ben arrested and sent to jail and be prosecuted for dong somthing that I had the right to do? It's pretty tricky, and I am trying to build up a good case for myself, and a bad case for the other person involved. Wish me luck! Love,Nova
