That's a tough one to answer for me,I grew up all over the country: South,North,East Coast,and West Coast,8 states in all and some on multiple occasions.So each one has had an impact on my taste buds.But recently i visited family in Ruidoso,Nm,and there is a Chinese restaurant there...owned by a Korean family that are the nicest people you will ever meet.The place is called "The Great Wall",and it is no buffet chinese joint,it is menu order only and there is a pork dish I can't get enough of,it is called "Ants Climb A Tree".it is  made with cellophane noodles(these noodles are clear in appearance) and ground pork with lots of spice,it will warm your mouth after awhile...but oh is it delicious.yep,just made myself hungry thinking about this dish,thx Kyara.LOL
