i'm feeling great...for several reasons...i got the results of a chest x ray and they were normal, i cooked a spectacular dinner tonight, my new prescription is working out ,and i've lost 15 lbs in the last 6 weeks...it would seem as if life has turned its cheek...

i just realized i said "go me" at the end of my tow last blogs.i never realized i was a "go me" kind of guy...i kind of hate myself for it...ok, more than kind of

im making bread for the first time...tonight im making a starter and then french bread tomorrow...also i was at the doctor yesterday and ive lost 15 lbs in the last 6 weeks....not that anyone cares about either of these things, but go me!

i finally figured out how to change my profile picture...i know, im an idiot when it comes to simple things that 12 year olds can master in a minute, but im glad i did change it...

i know you can tell..,ive lost a few pounds since the last pic...about five to be exact, but they're meaningful. I got a bad cholesterol test result last month...
