630am - 330pm in the kitchen.
then 330pm -10pm serving.
the other server had to go home so i was on my own after 7.
0 hrs sleep.
made like 225.
also came to the conclusion that gouda tastes like smoked ham/hickory bacon fat.
everything this website has ever given to me, it has also taken away.
which really makes me fucking question why i am still here.
