it's cold outside tonight.
global warming missed the basket.

i have rekindled a hate passion this evening.
but before doing so i found myself at a church group gathering at some stranger's home (it was decorated really nicely) questioning if i did the right thing or not.

so somehow i ended up at this bible study thing with my boss aka stephen's dad.
i usually like these type of things because they help me build tolerance for viewpoints other than mine own.
but i thought these people were joking when they said you shouldn't pray about problems out loud until commanding all spirits and demons to leave in the name of Jesus Christ.
apparently the devil can't hear your thoughts, but he's listening to you talk to God when you speak out loud and even going so far as to read your lips.
and he uses this information against you.
i think these people are severely disillusioned.
but that's just my opinion.
everyone needs something to believe in I suppose...
but whatever happened to believing in yourself?

i was asked the question "why do christians sometimes reject God's coaching?"
i said that God's path isn't always the easy path and people get too caught up in themselves and being comfortable instead of taking advantage of God's guidance.
i am disappointed in myself for not speaking my mind.
