:: Prosperity: A Desert Experience ::
OMG what an experience...outdoor raves are why I live in Seattle. Oh life is rough when you have to go camping in the desert under the starry sky, and dance to amazing music all night long before the full moon. I even went hiking along the canyon floor along the river, and the next day took to the hills to see what was over the mountains. And I got to take a nap on a blanket feeling all warm and fuzzy in the sun while Eddie spun the last set of the weekend...
Although- through lack of foresight we brought a fire staff but no fuel. Oh well- I'm not that good with it, so I was happy practicing. But my friend Jeremy is fucking amazing and I would have really liked to have seen him perform. The lack of fuel was unusual since last year there were fire performers everywhere- just all up on the cliff creating this amazing backdrop to the party. Lessons learned I guess...
Anyway today I am trying to restore the connections between my synapses so that I might actually perform my duties at work. You know it's been a good weekend when your hangover stretches until Tuesday.
