The TASCHEN store in Beverly Hills is having a sale an I scored some good books and they had some art calendars for $2.50 and I got one. I opened it up and put it on the wall but it seemed weird to me. I looked again and noticed that the days or the week start Monday - Sunday. Most calendars start SUN - SAT now my life is gonna be fucked up for a whole year cause everything is gonna seem one day off (kilter).

Life is Shit - by the Dead Milkmen just came on itunes shuffle.

The world is shit, this is life as I know it.

thanks, you have good taste as well! i saw mary's danish live once in sacramento at the cattle club in '93, and they shredded even though one of the two singers' voice was shot that night. i need to track down some bootlegs of theirs.

i could've seen the pixies opening for jane's at san jose state in dec. '89, but i wasn't that much of a jane's fan then, and i saw the pixies headline at the warfield instead.
