Saw David Cross yesterday and he was just OK, I forgive him for not having the best night. Patton Oswalt killed as the opener- I have seen him before and loved it but he absolutely had the house floored. The New Cobb's Comedy Club in SF is a great place but kinda big for a comedy house. And you can't walk up to the bar yourself , that sucked!!!, had to wait for the damn wait staff.
Overall good night, went to the bar down the street, Kennedy's (I think) and got invited to the "W" hotel for some little gathering. The view from floor 25 "spectacular" and then a Chocolate creme pie from Nation's w/Coffee was an end to it all.

I haven't been to the new Cobb's yet, but I liked the intimacy of the old place.
