Hey there folks!
I went to the Padres/Cubs game last nite @ the new Petco Park. It was freakin awesome! I had such a blast. Maddux was pitchin so was a short game & we didn't win. But some great plays were made & it was a sell-out, so energy was there. Plus, the ballpark it just really cool along w/ expensive beer a flowin. Overall, a great friday night.
Now on to the next day....hope it's a good one for us all.

It still pisses me off that the Braves dumped Maddux (and Glavine), but if he had to leave, I'm glad to see him back with the Cubbies. On another note- nice dragonflies. I see you dig Muddy Waters too.

Cicadas were part of my southern childhood as well. The little alien exoskeletons were always good for a laugh or two. :-)
