Finally able to sleep at seven fifteen this morning or somewhere near. I first woke at eight twelve, in cold sweat and at first unsure of my surroundings and fearing what was in my dreams as if it were in real life. Back to sleep, up at nine, ten fifteen, and finally ten fourty eight when I gave up.
This is really fucking starting to wear on me, with working on the change of diet and all around mental and physical status, sleep is very important and I am getting less each day.
I have tried reading until I fall asleep with the book as my pillow, I have tried watching movies (both good and bad) and no more than a half hour to twenty minutes result. Lights on, lights off. Music on, music off. Tele on, tele off. With clothes on, with clothes off. Empty stomach, full stomach. With somebody, without. Nothing fucking works.

If it isn't one problem with me, it's another.
I am quickly becoming a very grouchy sensitive person.
