Well, back from Milwaukee after a shopping trip with Brooke and her daughter Epiphany.
We first hit up two bookstores called Half Price books (I am sure you can figure out their angle). I found two of the Vonnegut Books I needed (Bluebeard, and Wampeters, Foma, & Granfalloons) and I also bought a double of a book I thought adorable, and will make a good gift for someone down the road (Slapstick). Beyond Vonnegut, I also got "The Great Shark Hunt" by Hunter S. Thompson, "Last Exit To Brooklyn" by Hubert Selby Jr, and "The Yage Letters" by William S Burroughs and Allen Ginsburg.
After that, we ventured over to the mall to take Epiphany to the Disney Store. For once, she didn't even get anything there. We also stopped by the video store in the mall, and there is where Epiphany made out best for the day. Her mom bought her a little withces hat from Nightmare Before Christmas, and a Powerpuff Girls dvd. She is tube fed, so as a bribe to get her to eat real food for the day (which sounds bad, but it is so hard to get her to eat real food, which she needs to do now that she is growing finally) I bought the Hello Kitty video she didn't have yet.
On the way out, by default I had to stop in the Hot Topic I ran for two years. Same old crap mostly, low quality and horrible prices. I did end up buying a back issue of Tattoo Savge (with an interview with Eric Pigors in it) and the newest issue as well, as I haven't looked at one in over a year now. I also got Brooke a little Emily light switch plate, but that was free (I wasn't about to pay six dollars for a little molded piece of plastic, I know how much we used to actually pay for them. I looked at the jewelry, but they really didn't have anything decent for half inch and larger and the stuff was waaaaaay over priced.
I am alcohol free as of yesterday on Volataire's advice, and now I am working on the loss of sugar from diet as well. Caffeine was also a no, but I eliminated most of that a long time ago.
Well, the Simpsons are onso I am gone.
Cheers, Brian Scott

I've got two pages of info already for you and I'm about half done... I could just say " gobuythis and read the label", but then you wouldn't really understand the exact purpose of the herbs, and the more you understand, the better you can treat yourself..... I think so, anyway.... In regards to your questions, You're going to have to abstain completly from alcohol, for at least 6 months. this is the most important thing for you to stay away from, next important is caffiene.... you can probably have ONE cup of coffee a week...if you start going crazy and miss coffee....If you are addicted to caffiene, make aswitch to green tea. It has just as much caffeine as coffe and is actually beneficial to certain prts of your body... coffe isn't good for anything....you don't have to quit sugar completly, just make a serious effort.... besides sugar is in everything anyway even fruit.... carbs and starches turn to sugar in your body.... just stay away from refined sugars; ie: ALL junk food.....eat fruit if you need something sweet....Congratulations on not drinking yesterday.... but seriously stay away from alcohol.... you have a chemical imbalance in your brain. drinking will only aggravate it. too much caffiene will too.... I'll probably finish your stuff tonight.... and then drop it in the mail tomorrow......keep taking care of yourself...get a multi vitamin. It doesn't matter if it's the cheap drugstore brand, it's better than not taking one at all.....get some exercise.... I hope you're having a good day.....
