I was given some late birthday presents yesterday; they were from my ex. They were: "A People's History Of The United States: 1492 - Present" by Howard Zinn, and "Nufonia Must Fall" by Kid Koala (w/cd), and a card to signed by her and her little girl, Epiphany (who also did a little drawing for me).
I have wanted the Zinn book for some time now. I don't really have the time to start it now, as I am reading four books as it is, but it is on the next to read.
The Kid Koala book is a wordless illustrated story that is accompanied by cd soundtrack. I love Kid Koala, his music is incredible fun, creative, and noisy, and the illustartions for his book and albums are so damn cute.
Overall, I am very satisfied wih the gifts I recieved.
