Allo.

I finished "The Heart Is Decietful Above All Things" by J.T. LeRoy a few days back. It was a very good book. Graphic and disturbing. I only grabbed the book because I have been recommended several times his first book Sarah. I have always wanted to read Sarah, but now I more or less feel a need to read Sarah. This book is full of abuse, but not outlandishly, which gives it more of an air of disturbance because it is all possible and likely to be going on in several places acorss the world.

I then picked up "Werewolves In Their Youth (short stories)" by Michael Chabon. These are very good stories and written well. Two annoying details have however plagued me through most of the book. One annoyance would be that every story contains a broken marriage and the second is that he chooses to use unusual descriptive words wehre there really isn't any purpose or practical call for doing so. This again was not the book that was recommended to me, so I will wait to form an overall opinion of his writing after I read his book "The Amazing Adventures Of Kavalier & Clay".

I love reading, it has so far kept me distracted enough from how dishevelled my life has become. I have three escpaes I use regularily and those are as follows: Music, Reading, and Drinking. Sex was always a good distraction too, but that is a little on the non existant side now and has been for months. Once I start working again, the drinking will lessen if not stop, the reading will be slower, and new music will slow down. I will lose weight and tone up a bit though, although hardly an even exchange.

Oh well.

Cheers.

Sixtoo "One World Lost"
Sebutones "To Mock A Killing Bird"
