Allo,
I have been busy of late, but not really being productive.
Last night was spent burning twenty one cds for Greg to replace the ones that were in his cd book when his car was broken into. Brooke's computer is faster than mine and also something is wrong with mine. I will most likely have to go to use her computer again today for a few other cds I needed to make for people.
Today has been spent mostly either reading or cleaning. I still have the lower level of the house to vacuum, but the top is completely done and the dishes are as well. I will wait to do laundry until I have finished cleaning and showered.
I finished Even Cowgirls Get The Blues and was quite satisfied with it. A very fun book but also a thinking book. I also read The Book Of Jones by Ralph Steadman, which is an illustrated book all about a cat that had worked it's roaming way into a friendship with Hunter S Thompson and the demise of said cat. It was cute. I just today finished Concrete Island by JG Ballard. It was a little book and an easy read, but still took me two days with distractions.
Now I am going to start reading Hobo by Eddy Joe Cotton and also Me Talk Pretty One Day by Dave Sedaris. Both come highly recommended.
I have more to write, but the desire to vacuum is overwhelming me. Maybe I will be back later.
Cheers.
