Happy St. Pattys Day! Somewhere over the rainbow is your pot of gold so go find it. I have to work tonight which is'nt too bad. I should get out of there betweeen 9 and 10. The part that sucks is that a girl asked me to work for her tomorrow morning cuz she had something she had to do. I could use the money so I agreed. Dumb shit! What the fuck was I thinking picking up a shift the morning after St. Patricks Day? I'll probably be somewhat hungover and irritable. Oh well I'll deal. Who knows, I may not even do anything tonight!
So for the rest of the day I think I am going to go for a ride. Possibly around the downtown area. Lots of ledges, loading docks and steps. Then, I get to go to work and help further finance my new bike which I should get next week. I have narrowed it down to a 05' Specialized P3 or a 05' KONA Cowan. Dilemas Dilemas. Fortunately for me, my state and federal tax returns are funding most of that heavy expense. Two bikes just is'nt enough I guess, so I should have three. To those of you who don't ride that probably sounds like the dumbest thing ever to own three bikes. In reality each one is used for a different purpose and has it's own strengths and weaknesses based on the terrain and how I feel likie riding that day.
I need to go eat something before I leave, so, have a blast tonight and post your drunken stories in your journals for all to read.
