All turkeys are dead. America is fatter (than yesterday).
So I drove back to S.D. from Pasadena and sat in traffic for 2.5 hours today to be at work at 4pm. I had plans to go to the Hot Snakes show @ the Casbah. Most of my friends who would have any desire to go with me was out of town, poor me. So the doors open @ 830 which was when I got off of work. I sat in my car for 5 minutes debating whether I wanted to go to the show solo or not. So after my spell of in-decisiveness I said fuck it and drove down there ( to the Casbah), changed in the car, (I had the foresight to bring a change of clothes) only to get to the door to find out it was sold out. Fuck! It figures, I should have bought tickets in advance knowing it would more than likely sell out. If I didn't have someone to use the other ticket it would have been a good pick-up line for a chick, (hey, got an extra ticket to a show, wanna go?) I should have gotten in for heart alone, and, going by myself. Wait are those two the same thing? The only good thing about the day was I made it home alive, and I made $110 @ work for 4.5 hours of work. Not too bad.
Well I'm done whining like a bitch, since there was no live show for me I'll go listen to Suicide Invoice and bug some of you.
