i've decided to make a conscious effort to get into the christmas spirit this year. usually it just happens or it doesn't, but i figure if i keep a positive attitude and keep Burl Ives' have a holly jolly christmas stuck in my head, i should be alright.

i've never been the best of gift givers. it's not because i don't like to give...i really do, i am just usually totally broke around the holidays. well, the broke part hasn't changed this year, but my broke ass has decided to make all of my friends mix tapes and mix cds. one super special friend is getting three days worth of mix cds for a long drive she's taking. since i consider all of you friends too, if you want a mix cd or tape, email me your contact info and i'll send one off to you.
