i've grown a beard. (pics soon)

i guess it has something to do with showing my support for the stanley cup playoffs (congratulations whalers). but i still have all of my teeth.

i've actually played wheelchair hockey before. did you ever see that movie Murderball? it's like that, but with sticks.

so, i guess the "intoxicated" joke wasn't as original as i thought.

surprisingly, i am already getting used to the new look of the site. i normally run screaming in horror when any sort of change takes place. but it IS the only constant right? i think i'll survive this.

i still can't find the friends threads though. did they take those away?

Yes, there are a couple of guys on Carolina that have been playing forever and haven't won a Cup yet (Glen Wesley, Doug Weight, and Rod Brind'amour come to mind), but I'd really, really like to see Edmonton win it this year.

I'm glad that you like the new profile pic. That was taken at the SGTO Gala at the end of May, and it's one of the few decent pictures of me in existence.

thanks friend! i bought some ventures on used vinyl the other day, and a friend was talking to me about dick dale. this is kind of the perfect musical genre. im curious about weirder, more punk sounding surf type bands as opposed to the general stuff. i have a lot of research to do. i havent had to work at getting into a genre in awhile, i love it.

I got Tiger about 2 months ago...it was my introduction to Mac and I think its pretty badass.. But since I never used any of the old OS I dont know if it is any better.
