A friend of mine was arrested on rape charges this weekend. According to about 11 witnesses, he's been falsely accused. The girl herself doesn't even remember anything. Her friend is the one that told her she had been raped and I guess she just went with it. The witnesses have all talked to the detective that's working on the case and they have pictures of this girl, drunk, and straddling my friend and being all over him. I guess a few people even walked in on them and saw her riding on top of him. Plus, she's a rather large girl. He's also got a broken arm right now. How could a a drunken, one armed guy hold down and rape a 200 pound girl? I don't know. It's a fucked up situation either way. I guess after seeing the evidence and hearing everyone's stories, the detective doesn't think the girl has a case. We'll see....
