I'm as excited about the DVD trailers as everyone else- this is the first I've seen of any of my footage from the DVD. Eeep! It looks great- I'm loving the colors they used in the 'Ice Queen' segment- now I wish the set really looked like that.

Out again this evening- must possibly brave seeing that boy I informed that he had a mullet on my last drunken Deathguild outing...poor thing. The truth hurts.

Had a lovely dinner with friends last night. One of those marvelous get togethers that starts with 'I left my phone in your car, can I come get it' and snowballs into something very much like a Goth thanksiving in a few short hours. Cranberries and all. That's what really dragged me back here as much as the job- this network of madness and love that is my crew. A dozen people so brilliant and creative and full of life that every discussion is a learning experience for everyone, and noone bats an eyelash no matter where the conversation roams. Bioinformatics? The specs of various fighter planes during the second world war? The Chinatown plague outbreak of the 1950s? Why is there no traditional Indian alcohol? And that was before dessert.

You still have two more days to buy my shirt. But I warn you, it looks like this "tooe" charachter wants it pretty bad....
