Okay, so now my shoulder is improving I've decided I need a challenge for December.
So my aim is to complete this:
There are several variations of this challenge and I am to complete two, the Press-up challenge and the Sit-up challenge.
I'm going to start with the Sit-ups just to give my shoulder a bit longer to finish healing, but after that it's on like Donkey Kong!
