So this is it, this is 30!

I turned 30 11 days ago now and I cannot shake this feeling. I wasn't looking forward to my birthday, not because it was my birthday, not because it was my 30th, but because it signified what feels like a massive failure in my life. I've not met/found that person who I should be sharing my adulthood with....

So I got bored last week and decided I missed retro gaming so I went and bought a Sega Megadrive 1 with Sonic 1 & 2.

It arrived to day and it's great, I'm still on the look out for a NES or a SNES with Mario but this is a start!

So last month and this month are turning out to be a lot busier that I originally planned. I have to say, although I feel I've had little time to myself this has been so much fun.

It started in July, (this part was actually planned), I decided to treat myself to some Monty Python tickets and fortunately managed to go and see them on...

So a two weeks ago I took part in the London Color run, it was great fun and anyone in the London area should look to do it at some point. (There are more around the country I believe). It is only a 5km run but with a few friends it becomes a right laugh. They give you white t-shirts to wear and by the...

Okay, so now my shoulder is improving I've decided I need a challenge for December.

So my aim is to complete this:

Bring Sally Up Challenge

There are several variations of this challenge and I am to complete two, the Press-up challenge and the Sit-up challenge.

So, things have been interesting for me the past couple of months. At the start of October my last employer approached me and asked if I was interested in doing some consultancy work. So I thought, why the hell not.. then this thought escalated to why not start my own company. So I did, I registered a company and here goes. It does make time...

Glad to hear things are getting sorted out with your new office! I'm just getting mine sorted as well- it's a little home office. If you'd like any art on your walls, I paint? I know a few other SG's have Etsy stores as well. Mine is www.etsy.com/ca/shop/StormyEnterprise if you're interested :)

I'll have to have a bit of a nose then, always on the look out for some new art :-)

It should be criminal to have to be up before its light. I know that means in the winter we would work less, but I've not got an issue with that!

So, my first blog post.....

I've really gotten into rock climbing over the past couple of months. It's a great challenge and the satisfaction of getting to the top of a route you've been struggling with is great. Tonight I hit up this route that I've been failing purely due to a lack of flexibility, I've tired this route several times each time I hit...
