I had a royally shitty day at work, after a very difficult (cathartic) meeting with my therapist this morning.

then I went to my favorite joe stop in town on my lunch to talk with my favorite barista (baristo?) and he melted away my stress with chai and a smile.

a smai-l.

he is doing things that require such strength right now.

I hate that...

I know he wants those system SUPER bad, but as our schedules are so opposite from each other, I feel like I'd see him even less. 'Course he'd try to get me to play, and I'm just not good at those things at all...except Frogger. I kick ass in Frogger.

Thanks for the suggestion!

if you have something to say to someone, say it. don't post it on a blog.

I am fascinated by post secret. I think it is a beautiful project, and Frank Warren posts real, genuine, beautiful art. I got the book, and it I was even further impressed with the project. it is a work of art.

I lent it to my brother. another...

That sounds like a safety feature. If you can only shift into Reverse from Park, that means the car has come to a complete stop.

Nevermind...we filled the team.

it's a small world after all....

I guess it's karma, really, and a result of my complete inability and refusal to leave this small town. but there's nothing quite like discussing an ex with the current beau's family.

fortunately, I've reached some degree of peace on the matter, and when they said, "oh, yes, he's a nice guy," it didn't hit the woundedness of being...

The car itself is telling you it has "gearshift selector problems"?

Uhh...I dunno. I'd say it's whining, but Toronados (Toronadoes?) are finicky bastards. It does go into gear, yes?

That's a BEAUTIFUL bag. love I always envy people who are creative with things like knitting or sewing or cross-stitch. My mom and grandma tried to teach me to knit and crochet years ago (actually, they tried and tried and TRIED repeatedly) but finally my grandma pronounced me as too impatient and gave up. whatever My mom, on the other hand, was far sweeter and just said that God just gave me a different set of gifts and skills and not to feel bad about the handwork kind of stuff. It wasn't until years later that I realized she was talking about my skills as a musician. Guess mom handles the "visual" art and I get to handle the "auditory" art.

Knitting is all the rage again, isn't it? One of my best friends is a middle school teacher and he says they have two knitting clubs that are HUGE!! That's so cool, if you ask me. biggrin

I sat outside and watched a squirrel poop from a branch high up in a tree after sleeping all day.

in the past 24 hours, I've experienced safest comfort, most intense pleasure, and then just this tired ache.

I'm knitting a purse because I carry so much stuff and because I hate the zipper on mine. I'm basing it on this pattern. (don't worry-- I'm...

We went to this place on 36th near Roger B. Chaffee yesterday and picked out the tile for the bathroom. Evan liked the small glass tile so we're gonna go with that. It should look when it's done...in about a month and a half!

Absolutely STUNNING! If only I could have been there to see the master at work. Any chance this artwork would be for sale or just to fall in love with those eyes over the computer? love

if I were to run away and join the circus, I would have a hard time adjusting to the lack of drama.

I would miss the freakshow.

Ahhhh, don't join the circus! They'll steal you away from us and we need you!

Thanks for your comments on my work, but my friend also wants me to display some of my self nudes at the gallery too! I'm not as young as I used to be, so I'm having problems with that as well.

I took down my own pics in my folders because of a former coworker was emailing me again. She was a member back in October and finally left, but I can't tell if she is a member now. Crazy ass people.

I've been gone from SG too long. Went back and viewed your pics and I still am very fond of the Sexy Cupcakes and Deck sets. Great work. Wish I lived closer so we could do a shoot!

Take care,
D kiss

Well, okay. if you can do it, so can I.

Yes, I did actually see your Badlands set last month, but went back to see it again just now. My favorite is probably the second to the last one (59). I love the way your body shows up well in the sunlight. I'm still amazed at your beauty, and I love your skin tones. Very nice and you would photograph very well!

Yes, it would be nice if we could hook up for a photo shoot. It would be my pleasure!

kiss

Wow...your mosaic is absolutely amazing hun! I'm really impressed! =D thanks for sharing it with us =)

And I know how you feel about being immobilised... =( my car packed in aaaages ago, and quite honestly, even if it was still working, there's no way in hell i could ver afford to keep it on the road with the state my finances are in =/ i've had no luck finding a job so far, so i don't think i'll be holding my breath concerning a new car at this present moment in time...heh.

good luck with your evaluation/endoscopy thing hun...these things are never much fun, but i guess all we can do is hope and pray that it'll count in the long run towards making you better...*hugs*
