I'm feeling extremely self absorbed and mopey right now. I'm tired of being sad, so I refuse to feed the mopey.

wednesday is the 22nd 21st monthiversary of my heart surgery. for the first year, I wrote little "since the world ended" reports, mostly so I could see how much progress I really was making even though it felt like I was going nowhere. I decided for the second year, I would write one every six months. right now, though, I feel like there really is a ton going on and changing and maybe I just miss my silly little routine.

maybe i need a new routine.
