Ok, Okay... You've got me figured out. I'm sort of a work junkie so I guess today is the day I get my next fix.

Woot, that's awesome, neighbor. There are still tenants moving out of the house. They have been there 10 years so the landlord isn't sure yet if it will be available ASAP. But when we get final approval (I know we will because our rental references are all good), I am going to tell him that if he wants, we could do the painting, etc...in trade so that we could move in faster.

Either way, it should be before the end of the month. If you hear of anyone with furniture they are getting rid of, tell them you know someone who wants it. We plan to go around and pick up furniture with the moving truck while we have it. We are starting with almost nothing to fill that big house.
