Im so sorry I have not been around much, working on buying this house has been stressful and work is not going well, not like it ever was, but they moved me to a new department and put me on 1st shift, there first shift starts at 630am, who ever heard of going to work that early, I hope after I close on this house to find a new job, if anyone knows of a job please let me know.
HOSE UPDATE:
So the inspection wasnt really that bad, just a lot of small things and the bigger of the small things the home owner is fixing, Im going to have to pay about $4k more then I wanted to pay, but that isnt really that much money I dont guess, I will be closing on the house next week and will start moving in then, I really need to get out of this house so the new guy can move in.

Not gone out much, did go and see mastodon and they put on a really great show, been trying to save money so I can move into the house, after that I hope I can go out more.

Wow, good luck with everything!! Buying a house is such a milestone.. I am sure you will enjoy your time there, it's a really nice looking place.
