so I found out yesterday that my best friend's Dad died, so that's a bit of a bummer. Our families have been close since I was just 3 years old. I can't get out to BC for the service though, unfortunately, which is too mad as i'd like to see people again even under less-than perfect circumstances.

More details as to my trip to the UK. I just found out that my friend Fiona is not going to be in London after all, but I still have a place to stay so it's all good. It just means more visiting in Jersey. I only have 4 days there which almost sucks now that I think about it, what with the amount of visiting I want to do there. I still find it strange that I know so many people there. When I lived in Killarney I used to babysit for the kids of a doctor there who ended up practicing in Jersey. I met all my Jersey girls in Montreal 5 years ago, and now I get to visit, hurrah!
